Christine is a dedicated engineering professional with a strong academic foundation in Civil and Environmental Engineering. She holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours I) and a Ph.D. from UNSW, where her research focused on water and wastewater treatment processes and optimisation, integrating laboratory experimentation with advanced process modelling techniques.
With a passion for water systems and analytical problem-solving, Christine brings a research-driven perspective to practical engineering challenges. Since joining WMS as a Graduate Engineer, she has applied her expertise to hydrologic and hydraulic modelling for flood studies, contributing to flood impact assessments, strategic flood mapping, and mitigation planning across urban and regional projects.
Proficient in QGIS, RORB, and TUFLOW, Christine has experience in 1D and 2D hydraulic modelling, flood risk analysis, and climate change scenario assessment. Committed to delivering robust, sustainable outcomes, she is a valuable contributor to resilient water and flood management solution.
