Isobel is an experienced flood risk professional with over five years of consultancy experience across the United Kingdom, delivering practical and sustainable water management solutions. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Geography from the University of Liverpool, where she developed a hydraulic model in HEC-RAS to assess climate change impacts on river systems.
With strong expertise in flood risk assessment, sustainable drainage strategy design, and hydraulic modelling, Isobel has supported projects ranging from small-scale developments to large Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects and renewable energy schemes. She is experienced in 1D–2D hydraulic modelling using Flood Modeller–TUFLOW and ESTRY–TUFLOW, as well as drainage design software including MicroDrainage and Causeway Flow.
Complemented by advanced GIS capability in QGIS and ArcGIS, Isobel integrates spatial analysis with technical modelling to inform planning and design outcomes. She is passionate about delivering robust, well-considered solutions that effectively manage flood risk and support resilient development.
