Sales and Marketing Coordinator

About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, confident and comfortable keeping three busy directors focused on agreed actions. You can work independently, communicate diplomatically and turn technical ideas into engaging content.
You will ideally have:
- Experience in marketing, sales coordination or business development support.
- Practical experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM.
- Experience managing LinkedIn and updating website content.
- Strong interviewing, writing and editing skills.
- Experience coordinating conferences, exhibitions or events.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Confidence working with senior leaders and technical professionals.
- Experience in engineering, infrastructure, environmental services or another professional-services business would be advantageous.

Tasks and Responsibilities
We are seeking a practical and proactive Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support our three company directors and drive the firm’s day-to-day sales and marketing activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving the effective use of HubSpot as our central CRM and marketing platform.
- Maintaining client records, the sales pipeline, follow-up actions and reporting.
- Coordinating regular pipeline reviews with the three directors.
- Managing the company LinkedIn page and content calendar.
- Drafting and publishing project, technical, staff and company updates on LinkedIn, Email Newsletter, Website and Instagram.
- Keeping website content, project profiles and staff information current.
- Interviewing directors, engineers and other staff to develop articles, case studies and social content.
- Translating technical information into clear, engaging and client-focused language.
- Coordinating email communications and basic HubSpot workflows.
- Assisting with conference booth bookings, branding, materials, suppliers and staffing schedules.
- Recording conference contacts in HubSpot and coordinating post-event follow-up.
- Monitoring marketing activity and providing concise reports to the directors.
