Last night we won Engineers Australia’s award for “Most Ambitious Company in Gender Diversity 2020”. What a way to end the year!
This year has been…interesting. We are thrilled that we have been recognised for our work on developing young female engineers and future business leaders.
Since 2015, we have had 50% female ownership of the business and 50% female participation in our management team. Our industry has a gender diversity problem and we are glad that we can provide a supportive environment to help challenge this!
